Adorn India – Terms of Service These Terms of Service apply to purchases and use of the Adorn India website. By accessing adornindia.co.in or placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our applicable Return & Refund, Shipping and Privacy policies. Products: We make reasonable efforts to display product images, specifications, dimensions, materials and colours accurately. Minor variations may occur due to display settings, photography, fabric batches, handcrafted elements and manufacturing tolerances. Pricing prices displayed on the website may change without prior notice. Applicable taxes will be handled according to prevailing Indian tax requirements. Promotional prices, coupons and discounts may be subject to specific validity periods and conditions. Order Acceptance Submitting an order does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Adorn India may contact the customer for verification or clarification before processing the order. An order may be cancelled or refused in situations including pricing errors, stock errors, payment failure, serviceability limitations, suspected fraud or other operational circumstances. Payments: Customers must provide accurate billing and payment information. Orders may only be processed after successful payment or according to the payment terms shown during checkout. Cancellation eligibility depends on the order's production and dispatch status and will be governed by the Adorn India Return and Refund Policy. Warranty duration and coverage may vary by product. The warranty period displayed on the relevant product page or warranty documentation will apply to that specific product. Warranty generally covers eligible manufacturing defects and does not normally cover misuse, accidental damage or normal wear and tear. Intellectual Property Adorn India branding, product photographs, graphics, website content, designs, videos, written material and other intellectual property may not be commercially copied or reproduced without permission. 

Force Majeure 

Adorn India will not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, including severe weather, natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, transportation disruption or similar events. Governing Law Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection laws and other mandatory legal provisions, disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts at Vasai, District Palghar, Maharashtra.
