SHIPPING INFORMATION

Delivery

● Products are typically dispatched within 1-4 days of order confirmation depending on Your destination and services related to the Product shall be provided after the delivery of the Product. Once the product is dispatched for delivery we will notify you of the same.

● All the products are transported and delivered using the Adorn India or its Delivery partner.While we try to ensure that the Product reaches you within the delivery time communicated, exigencies may delay the delivery. In such cases, please do not worry. Get in touch with us for the latest update on your shipment if we have already not got in touch with you.

1. Cancellation prior to delivery - You can cancel your order for any product at any time prior to its dispatch by logging into your account and selecting the 'Request cancellation' option. For cancellations made before a Delivery dispatch, amount paid will be refunded as per Adorn India refunds policy.

2. Cancellation at the time of delivery - In case you are unhappy with a product, you may return the same on the spot, at the time of delivery.you will be charged 25% of the order value as a transportation fee.

3. Cancellation after delivery dispatch is not allowed - After delivery of the product, only After Sales services will be applicable, and cancellation is not an option. you will be charged 20% of the order value as a transportation fee.

NOTE

Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will not be able to accommodate any cancellation or replacement requests (other than as covered by the product warranty). We recommend that customers be present at the time of delivery to check for any possible manufacturing defects. Should there be

● We work with Experience manpower who have highly specialized quality control measures that ensure the product is up to our standards when you receive the product. In case you receive a damaged product.please bring it to the notice of the delivery personnel immediately. In case you notice an issue later, please call us between 11 am to 7 pm Sunday closed(9930011766) or write to us at adornindiacustomercare@gmail.com.

● Our team will assess the damage and get back to you within 2 business days. Depending on the degree of damage, we will either repair the product, or offer you a return.

Cancellation in Case of Damage: In case if you received a damaged or defective product, bring it in the notice of delivery personnel immediately at the time of delivery and report a complaint at customer care at adornindiacustomercare@gmail.com.

if received Damage & defect product , technical team will get in touch within 24 to 48 hours after receiving the complaint. If in the opinion of Adorn India, the product is broken, it may be returned/replaced, or repaired any other corrective measure may be taken, as deemed appropriate by Adorn India, to address the issue.

● Cancellation in case of wrong product: If the product does not comply with the specifications as per your original order, raise the issue immediately & report it to support.

Return & Refund

If you are eligible for any refund, the same shall be given to you as per the following guidelines:

Product should be packed by the customer itself if the product is not packed by the customer then return pickup wont be arranged by the courier team.

● All refunds process initiation shall be subject to pick up of all cancelled items from your/customer's premises.

● Post receiving the products back to the warehouse, a refund shall be initiated within 2-3 days.

● Refund will be initiated via NEFT, cash or by the way payment was originally made.

Warranties

● The product comes with a warranty(mentioned in the product detail page accordingly) which covers manufacturing defects.

● This limited warranty does not apply to:

● Damaged caused by the incorrect installation of a product

● warranty for Frame & foam as described in the sofa detail page (warranty covers only if the wood gets damage or the foam gets sink ) Foam gets soft after a period of time which is in its nature.

● As per the industry standards, unevenness up to 5 mm can happen because of the difference in surfaces and floor levels. In that case, there is not a warranty.

● There is no warranty on upholstery/ coverings/ cushion covers.
