3-Year Limited Warranty

Adorn India provides a 3-year limited warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects in the internal wooden frame and workmanship, under normal residential use.

This warranty does not cover:

Fabric wear and tear, fading, pilling, or discoloration.

Damage caused by misuse, negligence, improper handling, accidents, or abuse.

Cuts, burns, stains, pet damage, water/moisture damage, or chemical exposure.

Damage caused during shifting, relocation, or improper installation.

Normal softening or compression of foam and cushions due to regular use.

Minor variations in color, texture, stitching, or dimensions that occur during manufacturing.

Accessories, legs, zippers, or decorative items unless found defective at the time of delivery.

Warranty Terms:

Proof of purchase is mandatory to claim warranty.

The warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defective part, at Adorn India's sole discretion.

The warranty is non-transferable and is valid only for the original purchaser.

Any unauthorized repairs or modifications will void the warranty.

10-Day Replacement Policy

At Adorn India, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. Every sofa is carefully inspected and securely packed before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or missing parts, we are here to help.

Replacement Eligibility

You are eligible for a replacement if:

The product is damaged during transit.

The product has a manufacturing defect.

You receive the wrong product, colour, or size.

Any essential accessories or parts are missing.

Replacement Period

Replacement requests must be raised within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Requests received after 10 days may not be eligible for replacement.

Conditions

The product must be in its original condition.

Original packaging should be retained until the issue is resolved.

Customers must provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.

The product should not be intentionally damaged, altered, or misused.

What Is Not Covered

Replacement will not be applicable for:

Normal wear and tear.

Minor variations in fabric texture, colour shade, or dimensions that are within standard manufacturing tolerance.

Replacement Process

1. Contact our customer support within 10 days of delivery.
2. Share your order details along with photos or videos of the issue.
3. Our quality team will review the request.
4. Once approved, the replacement process start within 1 or 2 days

Important Notes

• In certain cases, only the damaged or missing component (such as legs, cushions, or hardware) may be replaced instead of the complete sofa.
• Replacement is subject to product availability.
• Adorn India reserves the right to inspect the product before approving a replacement.
